The CMS: We use a WordPress CMS for this site. This system uses cookies for logged in users and commentators. Other cookies: We use also a cookie called fwchck, with value 1 (or true) to determine if a user has visited the site in the last 12 hours, this is only used to update the possible flood warning active for the area.
