New Flood Re Bordereaux Management System Portal – Now Live!

We are pleased to announce that today we went live with the new Flood Re Bordereaux Management System (BMS) Portal. 
 
We’d like to thank you for your patience and participation as we’ve made this important system transition.
 
You should already have your user credentials to access the new Flood Re BMS Portal https://floodre.watertrace.com/. If you haven’t yet received these, please contact the Flood Re Service Desk on support@floodre.co.uk. We also have a new phone number: +44 330 912 7700.
 
Multi-Factor Authentication for the new Portal is enabled and part of the log in procedure. The Duo app will need to be installed on the smartphone of each Portal user, and can be easily downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play. 
 
New support materials for using the new BMS Portal are available on the Flood Re website’s Industry page, under the ‘Guide for participants’ section. This includes short videos to grow your familiarity with the most common functionality of the new Portal.
